Priced to Sell......

PRICED TO SELL.
I recently read a post questioning why agents use the phrase “priced to sell.” After all, what else is a home doing on the market?
But right now, there’s a huge difference between being on the market and being priced to sell.
Used properly, the phrase helps buyers identify homes where the price genuinely reflects today’s market.
Used on the wrong property? It destroys credibility.
If the evidence and local data back it up, I say use it.
“Priced to sell” should mean exactly that.
Thoughts?
